Calendar 2024<\/h4>\n

In 2024, through collaboration with nature illustrator Elisabetta Mitrovic<\/a> Let’s Save the Bear created its first calendar. An illustrated calendar that covers a year with the bears, the environment in which they live, and the actions that Salviamo l’Orso takes to protect them.
The calendar has sold like hotcakes, and the donations received allow us to pursue concrete actions to protect the bears.<\/p>\n

Bears like honey<\/h4>\n

Alessandra Pasini(Pasa Gioielli<\/a>) is an artisan who creates jewelry and small ornaments from brass and various materials. After learning about Salviamo l’Orso Alessandra thought of doing something to support us through what she does best: creating artifacts that tell a story and donating part of the proceeds to our association. <\/p>\n

Starting in 2023, she created the collection “BEARS LIKE HONEY<\/a>,” which includes beautiful bear-themed rings, necklaces, earrings and brooches; for every artifact sold, 5 percent donates to Save the Bear. For small realities like ours, these gestures really do make a difference! <\/p>\n

Ceramic figurines<\/h4>\n

In 2023 we were contacted by artisan Sara Gabrieli of Sogni di Terra<\/a>, who expressed her desire to create ceramic figurines representing bears and donate part of the proceeds to Save the Bear. The result was amazing and the statuettes sold out!<\/p>\n

Bear Honey<\/h4>\n

The “bear honey” project stems from the desire to involve the beekeeping profession in our actions to reduce conflicts with bears and make it economically sustainable through solidarity actions among the beekeepers themselves.<\/p>\n

The project is simple: we supply and install electrified fences free of charge to beekeepers who request them. Beekeepers can decide to donate an amount of honey each year to Save the Bear. Save the Bear sells honey.
With the proceeds, we purchase enclosures to distribute to other beekeepers.<\/p>\n

Handcrafted dream catchers<\/h4>\n

Veronica (IG: @ronnie_lab_<\/a>) and Fabiana (IG: @hoopoehope_pirography<\/a>) are two creative friends who are artisans by passion.<\/p>\n

Together they created an artistic collaboration of dream catchers with pyrographed wooden rods dedicated to totemic animals and their shamanic symbolism.<\/p>\n

To contribute to the Save the Bear cause, they decided to create a collection for the occasion in 2024, which, for each piece, they will donate 40 percent of the proceeds.<\/p>\n
