The cubs captured with their mother in the video published last November, climbing a fig tree, are in great shape after surviving the winter.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the hair samples collected in autumn and the subsequent genetic analysis, we have confirmed that the female F.172, sampled for the first time in 2020 and predominantly frequents the territories of our Nature Reserve and the Maiella National Park, and that the two cubs (M.225 and M.226) are both males.<\/p>\n
