On Sunday April 2nd , the Bear Museum will reopen to visitors in Pizzone, in the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park. The Bear Museum is managed by Salviamo l’Orso’s volunteers. There you can meet the Marsican Brown Bear, learn about its biology and the story of its protection.
The museum is open every Sunday, from April to October, from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. There is free admission, however, we welcome donations to support our conservation actions.
You need to book for group visits, even on weekdays. You can write to educazione@salviamolorso.it or call the number 350 0260161. We invite headmasters and teachers to contact us to organize together educational activities for children and teens.
