The rangers of the Simbruini Regional Park surprised and stopped a hunter within the Protected Area (in the municipal area of Camerata) as a crowning achievement of a specific anti-poaching service to fight against illegal hunting.
The hunter, from the hinterland of Rome, was seized the rifle and reported to the judicial authorities for hunting and introduction of weapons in a Protected Area.
It is the third seizure of a firearm against poachers operated this year by the rangers of the regional park.
