Here we share an interesting public meeting that will take place on next Saturday, October 5th at Pescolanciano (IS), entitled “The sustainable development as a new identity for the mountain”. This event is organized by Intramontes, University of Molise, Society of Territorialists and Incontri Tra/Montani. The theme is very topical and different organizations coming from all over Italy will carry out many speeches, along with outdoor visits and exchanges of experience in the Alto Molise area. Even Rewilding Apennines and Salviamo l’Orso will attend the event with a presentation dedicated to the commitment and prospective, also in the research, of the bear smart community model, important for both the Marsican brown bear conservation and the revitalization of the mountain and rural communities.
