This year, Pizzone’s M2 and M6 trails have been enriched with interpretative panels dedicated to woodpeckers and mustelids, inhabitants of the Mainarde forests and the Parco Nazionale d’Abruzzo Lazio e Molise, which collaborated on the initiative. We thank the volunteers for taking care of the contents, graphics and installation of this informative material, which complement the boards on the Marsican brown bear that our association set up in previous years as part of the project “Let’s take action for the bear”, funded by EOCA European Outdoor Conservation Association.
