Salviamo l’Orso is an ‘association born from the bottom, from the simple will to do of people passionate about nature. The strength of our association lies in valuing the contribution everyone can make.

Calendar 2024
In 2024, through collaboration with nature illustrator Elisabetta Mitrovic Let’s Save the Bear created its first calendar. An illustrated calendar that covers a year with the bears, the environment in which they live, and the actions that Salviamo l’Orso takes to protect them.
The calendar has sold like hotcakes, and the donations received allow us to pursue concrete actions to protect the bears.
Ceramic figurines
In 2023 we were contacted by artisan Sara Gabrieli of Sogni di Terra, who expressed her desire to create ceramic figurines representing bears and donate part of the proceeds to Save the Bear. The result was amazing and the statuettes sold out!
Bear Honey
The “bear honey” project stems from the desire to involve the beekeeping profession in our actions to reduce conflicts with bears and make it economically sustainable through solidarity actions among the beekeepers themselves.
The project is simple: we supply and install electrified fences free of charge to beekeepers who request them. Beekeepers can decide to donate an amount of honey each year to Save the Bear. Save the Bear sells honey.
With the proceeds, we purchase enclosures to distribute to other beekeepers.
Bears like honey
Alessandra Pasini (Pasa Gioielli – https://www.pasagioielli.it/) is an artisan who creates jewelry and small ornaments from brass and various materials. After learning about Salviamo l’Orso Alessandra thought of doing something to support us through what she does best: creating artifacts that tell a story and donating part of the proceeds to our association.
Beginning in 2023, she created the collection “BEARS LIKE HONEY – https://www.pasagioielli.it/collezione/agli-orsi-piace-il-miele/,”which includes beautiful bear-themed rings, necklaces, earrings and brooches; for every artifact sold, 5% donates to Save the Bear. For small realities like ours, these gestures really do make a difference!
