On June 3rd SLO hit the road to “bring the bear” to the students of secondary school of Cercemaggiore (CB) with the program “Meet the bear in your park”.
We are pleased and proud to announce the participation of Salviamo l’Orso in the LIFE Bear Smart Corridors project!
The project, which will last 5 years, will consist of the creation of 18 Bear Smart Communities, 16 in the Central Apennines and 2 in Greece.
A few weeks ago, poisoned baits claimed victims among cats and dogs in Pescocostanzo and today history repeated itself in Capistrello, where Marsicalive gave news of several poisoned dogs and a fox.
On the afternoon of April 29, the ordinary assembly of Salviamo l’Orso took place at the Gioia dei Marsi operational headquarters in a mixed mode in presence and online. The budgets were approved and the activities carried out in 2021 and those planned for 2022 were discussed.
