On January 3rd, the environmental education activities of the Drop by Drop project, funded by the EOCA European Outdoor Conservation Association, resumed on the importance of wetlands.
Guests of the Camoscio di Rovere Visitor Centre, we welcomed over ten children of different ages with whom we discovered the importance of these life reservoirs, noble filters for the air we breathe, and met some of their inhabitants such as salamanders, newts, toads, and yellow-bellied toads.
These areas, which are slowly disappearing, are often little known and ignored. Thanks to this initiative, we hope that the new generations can become aware custodians of them. The calendar of upcoming events will soon be available.
